My scanner doesn't work:(

My scanner isn't "Scanning" anymore. When I put the drawing/paper where its supposed to go. It just comes up and says ERROR
It really annpys me:evil::evil::evil::evil:

This happened to me as well and I can't fix it. It might be the batteries.
If it isn't the batteries I don't have any idea how to get it to work.

I definetly know its not batteries, I've only used mine twice. Mailny because I never needed it:p

Your scanner has batteries?

But try and find the support on the computer for your scanner or google the model number to see if anyone else has been having this problem

I don't really know but it could to be damaged and bugs can come fast.
