I like marvel because there's a balance of power (except for hulk, but at least he is environmentally friendly and environmentally destructive at the same time) whereas with DC it's all superman, but seriously throw a green rock at the guy and he's as good as gone... and speaking of green, lastnight I asked my brother if he knew who the green lantern was and do you know what he said!?

"He's some guy with a lamp right?"

and that is the youth's interpretation of the green lantern

Hmmm...I like Marvel for sure, but there are some cool super heroes from DC...Like Batman and all the X-men...I vote DC.

That is the point...Batman doesn't need powers, he is a real man with all of his "powers" being earned through training. He wasn't just born with everything, which to me makes him a real hero. Not just some fangled super hero with laser eyes...

He and Iron man are the closest to bring 'real' superheros there is. If we could create that technology then we would have a super hero. course that doesn't mean our respective militaries and governments haven't already created the tech. >.>
