Ranked Tournaments

Well I had an idea that the arcade could have ranked tournaments, as a way of making more fair and close ones (so Kawigi won't stop us always :p). Ok so my basic idea was we sort people into groups (i.e. Pro, Experienced, Novice, beginner) based on their scores (highest and/or average). Based on these we could have certain tournaments for certain groups just to make it more fair. Again its just an idea, I can already see a few flas :p

I'd much rather have tournaments reserved for people who reliably play their tournament games without waiting most of 3 days :-)

yeah thats kind of what I meant, just to try and make the tournaments a but more fair and close. I know whether I win most tournaments is based on who is playing, like is Zap is Whalter join the acnos energizer tourney I'm doomed, but if not I know I can get a higher score than anyone else.

I agree it should be the score on the leader board to rank people or their score on the tourney. game like for me to be in a Duck hunt the top 8 should play :D

well now you just took first again so things change fast :p I still got 2nd though, but GG do you think we should try this, like experiment for a game, and break everyone up into groups?

There is no automatic way to do this, but when a tournament is created we can specify a list of players to be in it.

Basically if you give me a list of eight players to include (with the other details like which game and how many tries) then I create a tournament for just those players. Does that help?

yeah that would be good, GG do you want to draw up a list for who's in what group for what game?
