Help itz has to do with my laptop

well evr since i got my laptop it keeps scrollin down by itself i have no idea wats wrong but it gets me really mad:mad: can ny1 help all answers r greatly appreciated but plz help:nemo:

Do you have anything on the pad (the thing you move the pointer on) it when that happens?

Maybe one of your buttons is stuck? Like pd dn (Page Down).
