Certificate help: super shovel

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this certificate?

I am at level 10 and 100% and missing 4 certificates. Master longevity and garden value master I am working on. Certificate 26, which I'll never get because I can't connect to another DS. And the super shovel certificate.

I am convinced that I should have the super shovel if I've reached level 10. I have 4 different shovel heads. Poke (green symbol), hit (red symbol), clear (brown symbol) and water (blue symbol). Am I missing one??

Did you get the Dastardos head from Ivor? I got the certificate once I left the shop when I bought it.

:DThank you so much! I had no idea that was a shovel head. Do you know what it does? There aren't anymore shovel options after buying it. I assume it does something to Dastardos.
