Crowla Problems

I have tamed my crowla and now I want to mate him. But I cant seem to attract another one to even visit. I have met all the requirements and have under 15 residents in my garden. I have also read the VP Island page on crowlas but still cant seem to get one.
Can someone help me out?

Yeah, but you still need to attract one to get that certificate. I had the same problem with the Crowla, but eventually it appeared and visited my garden.

Just be patient. It's still a random variable in the programming.
