Hey gang,

Well, like many, I'm having issues getting my Amber Gem.

It wasn't until I was around lvl 117 that I decided to finally unlock the credits. I then purchased a wishing well in my 3rd (out of 4) gardens, plunked down the coins (9999) and other than some gold pieces, there was no Amber Gem.

I tried several times, tried rebuilding and spending large sums of money to get it to spit out the prized possession. No luck.

I even went to my first garden (which I stopped using because it wasn't acting normally, anyways) and built a well there. Same thing as before.

I noticed there are some Rare employees that float around here from time to time. Perhaps they can lend a hand?

Thanks for your help! Great game, too!

Maybe you should get rid of all the wells but the first one you layed down? If that doesn't work than I don't know....

Yes, make sure that it is not hiding under the well like mine was. I just sold the well, and there it was! Sometimes the amber gets stuck instead of flying out like coins do.

Thanks for the tips gang.

Unfortunately, no luck. I have had only 1 well at a time... I'll take another closer look around the first well I placed, just in case it's hiding somewhere.

This seems like a silly thing, but is there a customer support email for Rare that I can submit my pleas to?

UPDATE: Nope. I inspected all gardens closely. Unfortunately, it was void of the prized possession.

Send BIGsheep a message and maybe he could help you out with it.
