yea so i finaly passed lev 5, and i was wandering and i saw a jelie!! and i could have smashed it and it would have been mine, but i was too late. so any one no how he can come back?

I would imagine that the Jeli will keep visiting, just like other visitors do, so that wasn't your only chance.
