What gives with the fourheads house????

I've romanced and got 2 fourheads back when I was level 3, now i'm level 7 and I still can't build the house. Willy keeps telling me he's not building any of em for a while after one went wrong. What gives????????

:D No, no, no, that's just one of Willy's jokes. As for your problem, are you sure your garden's not crowded? That's happened to me once, where I can't build a house. Try getting rid of things you don't need, remember to plan out what your garden is going to look like. :)

no it wasn't, i only have max of 3 species in garden at one time, i got it once i reached level 8

It's a level 8 pinata, and you're not level 8 yet.
