I can't get Oak Tree/Acorn!

Hey people I'm newbie. I'm on level 7 and I can't find the oak tree seed in the store. Isn't it supposed to be available by level 7?

If you're curious, it's for my cluckles.

Oh, and how do you change that picture thingy under my username to Level 7?

The Oak Seed can be bought at level 9 and costs 275 CC, for your picture thingy as you say please refer to this http://pinataisland.info/forum/showthread.php?t=3007&highlight=Moderator. Remember not to double post, edit your first post.
