I just got Viva Pinata, Pocket Paradise for my DS. I'm already a level five gardener. I'm really close to getting all of Ivor's requirements; all I need is the wool. Simply assuming I could just get a Gooba, feed it some flower and get it a little shearing shed and send it along its merry way later, I bought one from Gretchen. Unfortunately, I realized that I was all out of Watercress flowers in my garden. When I tried to plant a new one where the old plant had been, I was told that I had 'too many plants' in the way. This is not true, as I don't have any plants currently in my pond. I tried widening the pond for easier access, but it did no good. I wasted a lot of time on this and then realized that my seed had been eaten by a Shellybean or something. ANYway, when I tried to buy a new one I realized that I couldn't buy anything I didn't already have in my garden. The same went for Gretchen's shop and Willy Builder's. Now I'm stuck and can't buy anything. I just want my wool! This isn't the first time I've had problems, either. I can't use capital letters or other symbols when naming my pinatas or the game will freeze and I have to turn off the power.
Long story short, is there ANY WAY I can fix my game? Is there a patch I can get for the game, is it just that I have a bad chip and need to get a new one, or do I need to reboot and start over? Please, I could really use some help.
