Sour Crowla

Help, I have a sour crowla whos making my pinatas ill. I can't find how to get rid of him...I know he needs medicine but Im not able to make any. (Im probably doing something really stupid...)anyone able to tell me how to make him nice without using a shovel!

You just need to wait. The Sour Crowla will eat it on its own, after exploring and causing mayhem for a bit.
