Playground mode

Perhaps I'm just not understand this aspect of the game but what exactly do you do in "Playground mode"? Do any pinatas actually visit or do you just buy them all? I had one garden made and nothing showed up so eventually I just bought a whirlm. Am I missing something here?

Also can you evolve any pinatas in Pocket Pinata? An example would be in the Xbox version you feed the Sparrowmint a buttercup and it turns into a Candary. Is this possible in Pocket Pinata?

I don't know about your first question, sorry, but in the second you can. You example is how I started raising funds initially in my garden.

In the playground mode, you create a garden, but you can twist it to your liking. Pinatas won't show up. You can only buy them. Plus, you don't have money, so you can just buy a lot of stuff you don't need.

And, yes, you can evolve pinatas. I have two candaries, a salamango, and a reddhot.
