FYI, borrowing them won't help create some of your own.

If you want the missing-trait WC that you can't make on your own, you'll have to trade for them, scan them from PV cards, or get a gardener who can romance that trait, to come to your co-op garden and romance them for you.

That other gardener won't be able to make the 2nd WC you can make, so you can probably swap yours for theirs, so you both end up with all 3 traits.
