Does anyone know how many Reddhotts and how many Sweetooths it takes to unblock the dragumgly and fizzybear?

It takes 5 Sweetooths to free the Fizzlybear.

As far as I know, every unblock requirement involves five of the pinata mentioned.

You have to meet the Fizzlybear Appear requirements, before the Sweetooths will go unblock it.
