I got added on msn by <snip... email address removed> and at first it's an automated response thing and you can go through press 1-4 to get different options and it puts u through to a real person who can help with 360 problems, and tells you about the 360 elite thing.
Well yesterday an automatic message said that if your on xbox live gold for 6 months you can get 1000 free ms points, it was a free number so i rang they asked a few details on my xbox account to confirm it was me then said they would be on in a few hours, now an international number (international from england anyway) has rung me twice about the points sayin there was a problem and they needed to check a detail so asked for my xbox 360 serial number. It's starting to worry me is this a scam, i havent given them any details like credit cards but my postcode i have. Does anyone know about this?
