Some TiP questions

1) This is a very stupid question probably,but...if you have a WC pinata,can you make it a different color variant,like regular non-WV pinatas?
2) How do you upload a picture that you took on a game to the internet?
3) About how often does Pester come? (I don't have the game yet,but I'm getting it on Monday,I'm just curious about these things :P )

lol, I had a spate of Pester visits where my Limeo was asleep. He's not the most alert of guard dogs in that situation :)
