Yes, just like Classic. Use the Post Office, crate them up, and send them to yourself. Unpack them in your new garden.

as long as you're sending it to yourself. if you try to send it to another gamertag on your console it won't work if you don't have xbox live. i just lost a cocoadile this way trying to send it to my son's account. maybe i'm naive, but i think it's strange to not be able to interact between accounts on the same xbox.
