Barkbark capture?

Ok so I need to capture a Barkbark for a challenge and I cannot find anywhere saying how to make jelly for the resident requirement, anyone figure this out yet?

Domestic pinatas are now running free, so now they appear requirments etc.

To get a Barkbark you have to have a kittyfloss in the garden, and to get a kittyfloss have 2 mousemallows in garden and it's nighttime.
