a Challenge not working

Ok so I have this challenge from the guy there and he wants me to send of a syrupent because someone didn't get a birthday gift or w/e. so I get my syrupents candiocity up and I am able to put him in the pinata central crate. he comes back and the challenge is still there. I have done this now 3 times. obviously I can't send him unless he is ready so whats the issue?

I had this problem too. Make sure the syrupent you are using is the original (green coloured one).

Yes, make sure it's not one found in the desert. I did the same thing, but with a bunnycomb from the arctic. They are not the same as the ones that just come into the garden or that Gretchen fetches.

a syrupent by any other color is still a syrupent. it should work. that sounds like an oversight on Rare's part to me. but now I know.

Make sure to check the description of the challenge closely. Sometimes they want a variant, or it needs to be wearing a particular accessory.
