Wild-card pinata guide

Can anybody please tell me how to get the three different wild-cards? I know that it depends on how fast you finish the romance game and how many heart you collect. I look at the wiki and it is not updated yet.

First of all, make sure you're in the stage of the romance game where all of the hearts are flashing.
Now make sure you get all of the hearts before going to the other pinata.
That should snag you the first wild card (it'll be announced on the right with your score in the romance game).
Now, get two of those wild cards and romance them together, same process as the first. And there's WC #2.

I'm still waiting on how to do the third. The process I uncovered didn't work to get it. And I tried a WC 1 romanced with a WC 2.

does the time you take to get all of the heart factor in like how fast should I go?

Speed seems to affect getting twins. For WC it seems like only getting all of the hearts matters.
