I remember in VP that I felt a little overwhelmed at how quickly my garden began to fill up with pinatas and such and just trying to manage it all. Like running around breaking up fights, trying to get some pinatas to not eat others (or to eat them), mating pinatas, trying to plant carrots in time and sell off the hot peppers before I went broke, trying to make sure pinatas weren't catching on fire by walking too close to torches, etc. etc. etc. It was like a daycare from hell at times.

Anywho, I want to build my garden without getting stressed out, so any tips?

You could mail pinatas that you don't want around at the moment to yourself... That's what I do...

yeah that would work

i know how you feel, i remember having to constantly poor water on the syrupents to stop them eating my mousemellows and having to keep my bunnycombs traped behind a fence to stop them getting eaten by pretztails (while they were romancing)

Everything you do, apart from the fights, can be done at your own pace. Whilst all the new pinatas can initially seem a little much, I recommend just letting go a little and let things just happen. Carrots are no rush to be grown and as Phil Collins said "love's a game of give and take" so whilst your pinatas may want to get it on, make them fit into your schedule, not visa versa.

What it took me a while to learn the first time around was that I could have as many gardens as I want. So if the one I'm in gets a lil out of control and not suitable for whatever I'm working on, I just start another garden... and they get progressively more specialized.

This time my starting garden quickly got overrun with dandelions... became impossible to plant seeds and there was no way to keep em under control... so I was more or less forced to move ;)

One very handy new feature is the ability to block pinatas once you Master Romance em. I'm starting to work on Master Romancing all the predator pinatas... not so worried about the others... so I can keep my crunchy lil friends safe :)

I'm keeping the population under control at the moment. Only romanced 3 species so far and I don't have room for another house unless I cut out some garden space and/or loose the fence round the Bunnycomb. I'm gonna wait on digging a pond because my next expansion will bring me one.

Oddly they all seem to gather around my flower garden.

I'm wondering if your first garden is more like a farm and then once you are able to create what you want you go to a separate garden and do as you like. Anyways, I'm taking it slow.
