How to make Willy Builder appear

I have heard several people complaining that they can't get Willy Builder to appear in their garden... some of them as high as level 21. He should appear while you're still level 1.

Did you start the tutorial challenges but never finish them? If you go to the X menu and go to Langston's shop he should tell you if you've got any lingering. The second tutorial challenge unlocks the builder half way through so I'd finish that one.

If Willy has not appeared for you yet, try meeting the Romance Requirements for two Bispotti (feed them each a daisy), and then he should show up.

i´ve done both tutorials and the bispotti´s issue and nothing happens. did i missed something? i´m in level 13.

I dont have him either and I did the challenges. Sucks becuase between not having him its slowing down my progress.

did you complete all 3 challenges? including send the pinata off to a party?

also fed both bispotties daisies?

You could also skip all the challenges. :) That worked for me.

I found this awkward as well when I played it at PAX - feeding daisies to two different bispottis made him show up.

My friend was level 24 before willy unlocked (I had to help him) so does he set the record?

lol one of my friends was level 32 before he got willy, i didn't believe it when he told me he was level 32 and had not got willy but then when i saw it i was like WOW.

have any of you kept your whirlms? He shows up to do a free house for them. Hopefully this will help you.
I don't know if this will work because this problem hs never happened to me, but it is worth a try.

haha I didn't get him till level 35 (H) I went straight online with out starting a garden (and got boosted) not knowing how to get the builder lol... then found the frog and started some challengers did around 2 or 3 and the builder appeared.

What happend to me was I was level 15 and still didnt have him. I found out I skiped totourial how ever you spell it, but then I looked in the bottom left corner kinda and it said to romance a Bispotti and I did and thats how you unlock him so do totorial (how ever you spell it)

willy at lvl 1 tho

He shows up after you're done getting all the things the bispottis need, then he gives you a free house. (Only if you're on the challenge called "A bouncing baby pinata")

He should vist ur place meening ur Island when ur Pinatas have ther frist kid or frist time getting u no.

on my offline account i got him when i was lv 50! I did everything that you guys are saying!
But on my online account I got him when I was lv1. IDK what happened.
