Sours?

I'm am legitimately confused. I am fully aware that you can either tame the sour pinatas or keep them sour in you garden but how does that work do they have like two sets of requirements or something?

I'm with you IronicTrout. I don't see how we can keep a sour pinata without problems, nor have I seen anything about how to keep it as a sour, only how to tame it.
I thought it was mentioned that you could get them for your garden. Was this a miscommunication or does anyone know anything about it?

They have said you can keep sour sours in your garden, but they've been pretty mum on how you would go about doing that.

im not fully sure but i think you have to feed a sour a candy and the sour stays in your garden but still in sour form but u have to keep in happy or it will attack your garden

Actually, my guess is you can only keep Sour Lemmonings and Sour S'morepians, because you can catch them.
