Ok since it seems like most of the new piñata species have been spotted in the different screenshots and vids out there I thought it would be fun to try to identify some of the new plants.

This first capture shows some palm trees and cactus. Now at first I thought it showed two different cactuses. But I think they might be the same just one is a fully fertilized version. I say this because of the like flowers etc. It also shows some type of palm tree. Obviously there are piñata there and I think that is the sweetle and the geckie’s.

The next one shows what appears to be some type of nut tree.

So people see what else you can find that looks new.

Ok looking at other screen captures it seems I'm probably wrong on the fertilized cactus idea above. Here are some better pics of the 2 cactus above and what I think is a third cactus.

The nut-producing one looks like a birch tree... but probably since the bark is white. Do birch trees produce any kind of nut or fruit if anyone knows?

Maybe the palm trees produce coconuts like on the show. I wanna picture of a Tigermisu!

u mean horsechestnut tree but if they named it that it would be a reference to conker the squirrel a character from another rare game

I think a watermelon vine and a pineapple tree would be awesome. Maybe a strawberry bush too. I'd like to see a lot more plants.

I was hoping VP2 would have this too, but it looks doubtful to me. Perhaps in years down the road when VP3 is released.

Hm, I saw a few samples of the new plant life in the screenshots released at E3, including coconuts and roses (http://www.rareware.com/games/vivapinata-trouble/screenshots/vptrouble_29.jpg) and these weird white flowers growing in the snow (http://www.rareware.com/games/vivapinata-trouble/screenshots/screenshot32.html)



We might be able to see once and for all if Seedos' head is as hard as a coconut.

Wll in one of the new videos it shows that the yam is a new vegetable/fruit that you could grow and that Sweetles need it.

I think if they put a mistletoe plant in the christmas zone then the pinatas could romance quicker like under the mistletoe plant :D

I was just looking at the wiki about tip and i started looking at the plants. Are those all of the new ones or are there more that we dont know about bec ause if that is it im kind of dissappointed.:(

I would bet Rare has probably held back on some of the plant life, to give us some stuff to discover rather than knowing ahead of time.
